Lampshade Sizing & Sourcing Guide
Since we don’t currently stock lampshades, I wanted to share a few of my favorite places to find beautiful options across a range of styles and budgets. All of the shades and shops mentioned below are linked for easy browsing! As a reminder, we include a harp and finial with each lamp, all you have to do is add a shade you love!
Recommended Lampshade Sizing for Our Lamps
To help you find the perfect fit, here’s a quick guide to the sizes I recommend for our most popular lamp styles:
- Temple Jar Lamps (The Magnolia, The Eleanor and The Virginia): An 18" lampshade (measured across the bottom diameter) offers the best scale and balance.
- Ginger Jar Lamps (The Clementine and The Georgia): A 16" lampshade (bottom diameter) pairs beautifully with this style.
