Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates, please contact us at hello@gatheredmanor.com.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are often unable to make changes once an order has been placed and are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
All orders are carefully packaged and insured. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gatheredmanor.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and the packaging. A refund will be issued promptly upon receipt of proof of damage. Please retain all packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may require additional documentation for the insurance claim.
Please note that all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be accepted.
Gathered Manor is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Any delivery-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We’re happy to assist with any information you may need for the process.
Theft Policy
Gathered Manor is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing after delivery, we suggest checking with neighbors and your local carrier, and filing a police report if needed. We’re happy to assist with any order details that may be helpful during the claims process.
Shipping Timelines
Most items ship within 1–3 business days. Lamps are built to order, so please allow up to one week for processing before shipment. Pre-order items may require additional processing time. For specific timelines, please refer to the product page for each item.
