Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated at check out and depends on the size, weight and destination zip code of the order. 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days, with either USPS or UPS.

All orders are insured and packaged with care. In the rare occurrence an order arrives damaged, please contact me at info@gatheredmanor.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and include pictures of both the item and packaging. A refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of proof of damage.  Please note - I kindly ask that you keep the broken item and damaged packaging while I make my insurance claim with the shipping provider. I will file the claim with the photos you provide, but there are times when the carrier will ask for additional information and/or proof. 

To ensure your items arrive in a timely manner, please double check your shipping address at checkout. 

Gathered Manor is not responsible for packages with tracking showing delivery to the address provided by the customer.  Gathered Manor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For missing packages, the customer should follow the USPS/UPS protocols for filing a claim. Missing package claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier. For stolen packages, please contact your local police to file a report. 

Local Pickup/Delivery

Local customers are welcome to place an order for pickup. The pickup location is near downtown Woodstock, Georgia. Contact us at hello@gatheredmanor.com to set up a local pickup.

Delivery to the greater Atlanta area is also available for a small fee. Contact us at hello@gatheredmanor.com to discuss delivery options.

Furniture

At this time, all furniture finds are available for local pickup/delivery ONLY. Our furniture finds are exclusive to Instagram and posted on Fridays.
