Frequently Asked Questions
Are all of your items vintage and antique?
Not all of our pieces are vintage or antique. We carry a mix of vintage, antique, and modern pieces. However, all of our modern items are carefully curated to be heirloom-quality. Although new, these pieces are designed to be classic additions to your home that will stand the test of time.
Product descriptions will clearly label whether an item is vintage, antique, or modern.
Can you hold an item for me?
No, we do not hold items. As many of the items in our shop our one-of-a kind, we encourage customers to act fast if they are interested in purchasing an item.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
Do you accept cancellations?
Because of the exclusive and limited nature of our items, we’re unable to process cancellations.
What should I expect with a vintage or antique piece?
Our vintage and antique items range in age from 20 to 100+ years old, so they may show small signs of wear, such as crazing or other minor imperfections. These characteristics add to their charm and history. Any notable flaws will always be mentioned in the product description.
Every piece in our shop is hand-selected and carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high standards. Our promise to you: we will never sell an item we wouldn’t proudly use in our own home.

How do I care for a vintage or antique piece?
We clean and inspect all vintage and antique pieces before they leave the shop! For ongoing care, we recommend using soft cloths for cleaning and avoiding harsh chemicals. A little bit of dish soap and warm water is often the perfect remedy for most pieces.
