Many of the items in our shop are vintage or antique and may display minor flaws or imperfections due to age and use. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before being listed for sale, and any significant flaws or imperfections will be clearly noted in the description.

Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination zip code of your order. If you have questions about shipping costs, please contact us at hello@gatheredmanor.com.
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are often unable to change it once an order is placed.
All orders are insured and packaged with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gatheredmanor.com within 48 hours and include pictures of both the item and packaging. A refund will be issued promptly upon receipt of proof of damage. Please keep the broken item and damaged packaging, as the shipping provider may request additional information or proof for the insurance claim. Note that claims made outside the 48-hour window cannot be accepted.
Gathered Manor is not liable for lost, missing, or misplaced packages. For missing packages, customers should follow the protocols for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Any claims regarding missing or misplaced packages must be made directly with the shipping provider.
Theft Policy
Gathered Manor is not liable for stolen packages. If your package is stolen, please contact your local police authority to report the incident.
